Level 1 — Reach Us

Write to us via the Contact page, call our office, or message us on WhatsApp. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 2 working days and resolve within 15 working days.

Level 2 — AMC / Insurer

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the concerned Asset Management Company or insurance company directly through their published grievance officer contact.
